We believe in satisfying and delighting our customers. We are always looking forward to giving you the best of products at the best of prices and with the best of hopes that we continue our relations till time abides with your love for things Indian! However if due to some unforeseen situation you require the return of the product then the following terms apply for a mutually consented return.

You will need to inform our team within 24 hours of delivery of the product via info@FabTopper.com email.

If for any reason you do not feel satisfied with the product delivered to you then please get in touch with our Customer Service team for an appropriate resolution.

Please Note: We will not exchange/return products bought during sale or special discount. CLEARANCE SALE items are not returnable. Replacement/exchange is subject to product/ stock availability. An exchange will be done only one time.

We have listed everything below about our Cancellation and Refunds policy so that in case you do decide to cancel your order or return, you do not face any issue.
What is FT Quality Assured Product?

The biggest drawback of online shopping is a customer cannot touch and feel the product, they sometimes don’t receive the exact product as shown in the image on the website. To solve this we have come up with a FT Quality Assured product. Our team verifies the material quality, stitching quality, etc and confirms that the product is exactly the same as shown on the website to give you better shopping experience.
Pre-Shipment Cancellations

Note:

Compulsory required clear photos and videos of open product parcel by email within 24 hr. Without open parcel videos and photos not return and exchange items. and not accepting return and exchange products by call and WhatsApp. We will accept returns and exchanges and other issues only by email. If you have all types of issues please email us. If you call/ WhatsApp us, We will not reply because the customer care number is only for order confirmation , product information & Order tracking status information details. If you will not talk & via WhatsApp in a professional language we can block your mobile number without informing you. After placing an order on our website the whole process will become to handling by email not call/WhatsApp. Our office time 11 am to 5 Pm and saturday, sunday holyday. And we will reply your email 2 to 4 days.

It would be ideal if you note that we are not accepting any returns for sewed apparel, including Stitched products, semi stitched products, Pakitani salwar suits, Bollywood sarees, bollywood salwar suits, bollywood gowns, bollywood lehengas, actress and model products and other bollywood replicas, Stitched Salwar Suits, Stitched Lehenga, Stitched Kurti, Stitched gowns, and Stitched Sarees, Stitched koti dress, suits, sarees, lehenga, discount offer products, Image for the reference purpose only whole items, and other stitched demanded orders. We accept returns only for unstitched items in specific criteria.

Q: Can I cancel my order in case I change my mind after ordering?
A: Yes, you can choose to cancel all Non-Ready to Ship products, only if done within 24 hours of placing it. Cancellation of your order is only possible if the order is not dispatched from our warehouse. If you wish to cancel your order within 24 hours then kindly email us on info@FabTopper.com including your order number.

We will initiate a 100% refund of your money and a confirmation of the same will be sent to you via e-mail, though we would have loved to have added a new Ethnic Fashion statement to your wardrobe. Please be apprised that Ready To Ship orders are not eligible for cancellations as they are dispatched within 24 hours of the receipt of order.

Q: Why a "24 Hour" deadline?
A: As soon as your order is confirmed, the action is initiated at our end. The process of picking, packaging, customizing and logistics start. Once confirmation is done, Our team dispatch your ordered item as soon as possible from our warehouse. so you will get within the specified delivery time.

Q: What if I cancel after 24 hours of ordering?
A: Usually, We do not cancel the placed order after 24hrs. If you want to cancel the order after 24hrs you will have to pay 20% processing charges from your total order amount. Orders canceled post 24 hours of confirmation are dealt with on a case-to-case basis by our Customer Care team depending on the degree of process completion.

Q: Why delivery getting late?
A: Sometimes product which you ordered either not in ready stock or in the manufacturing process it may delay in dispatch. We have ready 90% livestock on the website, but it's fashion and demanding items so it may be possible that it's not in stock sometime. But Our team tries too hard to dispatch it as soon as it's ready.

Another reason can be customers will add an inappropriate address, incorrect Pincode and wrong phone number will delay in delivery.
Post-Shipment Return

Please note that we are not accepting any returns for stitched clothing, including Stitched Salwar Suits, Stitched Lehenga, Stitched Kurti & Stitched Sarees with custom blouse. We only accept returns for unstitched products in specific criteria.

Bollywood replica and other replica product images are just for reference purpose. Those products are not exactly the same but It will be similar as shown in Image. Bollywood replica and replica products are non-returnable. Product quality will be good but not exactly as shown in the image. We try to give you a similar product with the best possible quality for the given price. You can ask our team for the original image before ordering the product. We request you to order JF Quality Assured product to ensure that you receive a premium quality product and exactly same as shown in image.

Q: I received the order. But there's an issue. Can I return my ordered items?
A: Yes you can. At FabTopper, we don't believe in making customers, but strengthening our family with happy family members. We take stringent measures to deliver Fashion Delight to our customers globally, in the best possible condition but there's always a possibility that

Item(s) may get damaged during transit or
There may be a manufacturing defect which didn't get noticed during packing or
A wrong item is shipped out to you by mistake.

From the above reason, customer needs to send email on info@FabTopper.com within 24 hours of delivery and Our team will get back to you.

In some cases, we'd request you for a digital picture of the item for our internal review to be able to process your request.

Our company will arrange a reverse pickup from your location and send you the correct item as soon as possible. In this case, the reverse pickup cost will be bare by the company only. In some remote area, reverse pickup is not a possible company will give you 100rs into your bank account.

Q: How soon should I get back to you?
A: Please write to us on info@FabTopper.com within 24 hours of receiving the order for reporting any complaints with regards to the product received as damaged, found with a manufacturing defect, or any other issues.

Q: In what scenarios would you not accept any returns?
A: Kindly be informed that any product purchased from our 'Sale' item will not be returned under the Returns Policy except if it's an error on behalf relating to a manufacturing defect or a wrong item has been shipped out to you by mistake.

We do not accept any returns if the product is dispatched to us after 7 days of receiving the shipment, so please make sure you report the matter to us on info@FabTopper.com and dispatch the product at the earliest once we accept the return request.

Kindly do not dispatch the products before receiving a "Return Accepted" Confirmation email from us, we will not be able to entertain such requests.

Q: What are the steps of returning any item ordered from FabTopper?
A: In case you have any complaints regarding the product you have received, please ensure that you report it to us within 24 hours of receiving the product on info@FabTopper.com email.

You will receive an acknowledgment e-mail from us on confirming a Return Authorisation, within 2-3 business days. Please do not ship items before you receive this email from us. We will be unable to process any "Items Returned" without the Return Authorisation Reference.

Please note: In case needed, we'd request you for a digital picture of the item for our internal review to be able to process your request.

Once our team accepted your return request, You must need to write your name same like order name and order number to identify your ordered item while returning back our items. If you don't write order number and name, Our team will not responsible for a misplaced parcel.

Products much match with following criteria to accept returns:

The returned product should be in the original packaging, unused condition and in the same condition as you received the product.
The return product contains all item like its bottom, blouse, dupatta or extra fabric etc
And if during any special offer which you get the free extra product is also sent to us with return product. If anything is miss then you product will not eligible for return.
In case you receive a damaged or defective product contacts us within 24 hours from the time of delivery.
Original barcodes, tags, labels, product, and brand packaging should not be tampered with.
Sachets/ packets accompanying the box should not be opened/ tampered with.
As safe delivery to you is our responsibility, in the same way sending back safely to us is your responsibility. If something happens in transit and the package doesn't get delivered to us, we cannot help you. So make sure to send through suggested postal service in our return authorization mail only and forward the details to us and keep the airway bill or postal receipt till it gets delivered to us.
However, you must understand that we can't bear a loss either; so a return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition.
Refund/replacement for goods/merchandise is subject to inspection and checking by FabTopper team after they are received at our facility.
Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy.

As a policy, our teams shall examine the products on return and identify the defects/variation as indicated by you.

Post inspection of returned item(s), our Customer Care team will propose remedial solutions to you on a case to case basis:

Choosing an alternate Outfits as a replacement of equal value
A Store Credit to be used later for shopping on FabTopper
A Refund as decided on a case to case basis

Q: How a store credit will be generated?
A: You will get a 100% store credit as per your order amount. Store credit you will use it in future when you want to use it. Our company will email your store credit approval and kindly email us when you want to purchase any item from our store in the future.

A customer has to bear the shipping cost while returning the unstitched products in any case. FabTopper.com will not bear any kind return shipping cost.

Q: How a refund will initiate?
A: At any point of time the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.

If the payment was made by Credit Card, Debit Card or Net-Banking, we will reverse credit to the same Banking account.
If the payment made was by Cash on Delivery, we will transfer the amount to your Bank account via NEFT or by cheque.
Shipping Charges and Cash on Delivery charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.
If the payment is made through Coupons/ vouchers or Reward Points no refund will be granted.
Refunds are subject to the availability of the replacement product. Refunds will be processed only if they cannot be replaced.

We will issue a 70% refund of the unstitched product price. ( 30% will be Order Processing & Payment Gateway / Cash Handling Charges, Taxes, and Other recurring Charges.)

We are not responsible for customs duty for international orders.

A customer has to bear the shipping cost while returning the unstitched products in any case. FabTopper.com will not bear any kind return shipping cost.

Color and Description Discrepancy
The apparel description on the website contains details and product specifications which are approximate values, closest to reality. While we strive to be accurate in showcasing colors there still may be minor variations because of the light and settings during photography and also the color settings and properties of various monitors. Other details like weight, work details and size may vary slightly as well. Hence the customer should keep in mind the slight variation when placing the order online. FabTopper.com believes that every customer placing an order is absolutely aware of these minor variations that may occur in with respect to the actual color of the outfit received.

Note: Any dispute arise between the parties, only surat court have jurisdiction to settle the dispute.

Embellishment related Issues
Apparel consisting of embellishments like beads and sequences usually has the tendency to come off. Even with perfect handling, care and packaging this cannot be completely avoided. During physical transit, some of them may come loose, hence if you see such situations arise when you unpack or wear your attire, do not worry as it is a common issue.
